From November 20 to December 25, 2025, in the Central Park of Culture and Recreation of Kyiv near the Arch of Freedom of the Ukrainian People, an exhibition of the winners of the XI International Art Festival PAINT.UA was held. This is the eighth stage of the art marathon "GENERATIONS OF WAR".

During the art marathon, more than 800 artists from 18 countries took part in it: Ukraine, the USA, Canada, Albania, Montenegro, Romania, Poland, Latvia, France, Germany, Finland, Sweden, Greece, Great Britain, Italy, North Macedonia, Israel, Czech Republic, and other countries are planned to be involved in the future. Now, during the insidious aggression of Russia against Ukraine, international solidarity and interaction in all spheres, including cultural, are especially important. Holding an exhibition of works by artists from different countries in the heart of Kyiv demonstrates that even in difficult times of war, the capital of Ukraine is a center of international culture.

The art marathon is part of the unique International Art Festival МАЛЮЙ.UA.WAR, the only cultural project in Ukraine, which has been going on without a break since the first week of the full-scale invasion and is planned to be held until Victory. The project is organized by the Association for the Development of International Relations ADRUM with the assistance of the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Kyiv city government.
